Schoepf’s rail fabrics comply with key international fire safety standards (EN 45545-2, DIN 5510-2, NF-F 16-101, BS 6853, UIC 564-2, etc.) and are available with different wear layer compositions, allowing customers to define the desired tactile properties. All materials feature permanent flame-retardant performance (tested to SBB standards with 5x washing at 40°C), combined with excellent grip, high abrasion resistance, and durability of up to 400,000 Martindale rubs on request. Customer-specific requirements, such as stain protection, can also be accommodated within the given budget.
